A **AskBlue **é uma empresa criada em 2013 que presta serviços de consultoria especializada no setor financeiro e no domínio das tecnologias de informação.

Procuramos um **Tech Lead Outsystems **para integrar a nossa equipa **Askblue**.

**Perfil**:
Enquanto Tech Lead espera-se que:

- Comunicação com o cliente, para definição de prioridades, planeamento e esclarecimento de dúvidas da equipa;
- Promotor da interação com equipas técnicas externas;
- Responsavel pelo planeamento de atividades de estimativa e desenvolvimento;
- Responsável por gerir a atribuição de tarefas à equipa;
- Orienta e valida novos desenvolvimentos da equipa de Evolutivas e Corretivas de acordo com best-practices OutSystems
- Assegura a qualidade técnica nos desenvolvimentos e resolução de temas identificados;
- Avalia o impacto ténicos de novos requisitos;
- Assegura o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço aplicáveis à sua operação

Pretende-se um perfil para liderar equipa de Desenvolvimento (Manutenção Evolutiva e Corretiva). O perfil indicado deverá, nesse contexto, ter bom conhecimento sobre a plataforma OutSystems, em geral, não só em desenvolvimento mas também na sua administração, sendo benéfico o conhecimento noutros sistemas/tecnologias e em Software Engineering, em geral, em virtude da natureza multidisciplinar deste tipo de trabalho.

Para o desempenho das atividades de TL será necessária uma visão global de arquitetura de fábrica, atitude proativa a procurar oportunidades de melhorar eficiência dos processos e do código (+reutilização, redução global de dívida técnica).

Deverá ter sólidos conhecimentos sobre a arquitetura da plataforma Outsystems (infraestrutura e servidores) e experiência importante em Service Center e Life time, sendo responsável pelo acompanhamento da sua performance, monitorização, troubleshooting e root-cause analysis de temas críticos, bem como implementação de necessidades específicas para melhorar a eficiência da plataforma (ex: mecanismos de expurgo, pipelines e CI/CD, etc) e execução de deployments.
