AGILE/DEVOPS COACH (JOB NUMBER: 2402CIBIT17376) **About the job** Within the BPSS Transformation team, the coach is working on 2 axis: **Your Main Activities Are** - The Coach can intervene on all or part of: - Propose a coaching plan - Analyse and make clear the coaching request - Lead the interviews necessary for the mission framing - Define the coaching mission - Plan and estimate the mission within organisational and budget constraints - Propose follow-up indicators for the mission - Lead a coaching mission - Bring guidance - Help with the adaptation to new practices, techniques and tools, aiming at easing the steering of activities - Lead interviews and facilitating the necessary workshops for the mission continuity - Support the team upskilling - Ensure the continuity of the mission - Measure the efficiency of the coaching plan - Adapt the plan, if required - Identify risks and issues, and propose remediation plans - Guarantee the creation and maintenance of his knowledge and skill base - List, capitalise on and share the good practices and techniques - Identity improvement areas - Maintain and develop his / her professional network **Profile and Skills to Success** - Master coaching techniques - Master methodological, organisational and technical domains where the intervention scope is needed (eg: Scrum, DevOps, Lean,) - Master workshops and meetings facilitations techniques - Relational capacity at all levels of the organisation - Analytical mindset - Active Listening - Ability to influence others - Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment - Ability to deliver knowledge - Fluency in English, written and spoken LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
