Are you passionate about challenges? Izertis is your company. We are looking for a Helpdesk Support reinforce our internal team in Lisbon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line technical support to users of the company's computer systems (in person or remotely);

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience and over 3 years in Helpdesk Functions;
- Experience in Installing and Configuring Computers with Windows Professional, namely Windows 10 and 7 Professional and Microsoft Office 2016 or Higher;
- Experience in Supporting Microsoft networks and basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
- Solid skills in the execution of scripts, procedure manuals, improvement and process creation in context of continuous improvement;
- Ideally, with experience in supporting users and managing orders received in a ticketing tool, detecting and solving technical problems in the customer context;
- Assertive Communication in a project and customer relationship environment.
- Excellent report writing skills in Portuguese and a reasonable level of English;
- Residence in Portugal, available to move clients and projects;
