Senior Business Process Coach Specialist

Our requirements don’t always stay the same: Due to the changes in specifications, customer requests or markets we have to react fast and flexible - and so do our business processes. Therefore, we need your creative thinking and agility. As Senior Business Process Coach Specialist you will be responsible for the development, setup, maintenance, monitoring and continuous optimization of Infineon’s Business Processes in Porto. You transform processes from paper scratch into living reality

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- **Coaching**of the respective **process owners, process leaders**and other relevant stakeholders **on Infineon Business Process Management**by providing transparency into rules, roles and responsibilities of Infineon’s Business Process Management as well as expertise for the definition of meaningful effectiveness and efficiency **KPI’s**:

- Coordinating and accompanying **cross-functional process alignment and -improvement activities along e.g. process
- optimization and digitalization projects**:

- **Integration**of these Business Processes **into Infineon Process Framework**:

- **Maintenance, monitoring**and **continuous improvement**of Infineon’s **Business Process Management Framework Governance**:

- **Continuously improve approach and methodology**for Business Process mapping, respective process reviews and process improvement incl. modeling of Businesses Processes

You know the factors for successful innovation and foster the necessary conditions. You demonstrate strong communication and motivation skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks as well as being able to act as an entrepreneur who is focused on results and aware of costs. You keep a cool head even if there are multiple different projects on your desk, you are used to analytical thinking, structure work packages and prioritize accordingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering**or similar - ideally focused on Business Process Management
- At least **5 years**of **work experience in Business Process Management**or a strongly **business process-oriented environment**across a variety of functions in an international manufacturing company
- Excellent knowledge of **Business Process Management**and first experience in **internal and external audit management**and respective standards and norms like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
- You are an expert in **process mapping**and **process optimization and digitalization**and combine this with
Project Management experience in global projects as member or in a leading function
- Knowledge regarding **LEAN or Six Sigma**desirable and experience with **process modelling**in respective tools desirable
- Excellent **English**skills for internal and external communication
