**As a Material Specialist, what are you going to do?**
- Work hand-in-hand with category managers and unit heads within the company to determine the company’s supply needs;
- Helps to drive and maintain existing relationship between the company and suppliers;
- Place orders for materials on behalf of the company, and also make sure that orders are delivered as at when due; handles prepayments request and occasionally negotiate with suppliers;
- Oversees the full delivery of materials from expedition until receipt in good quality;
- Performs claim of the materials to supplier if they are not received in good quality;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Health, Safety & Environment and report any non-conformity detected in this area;
- Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt;
- Ensure the confidentiality of the information available within the scope of the activity, as contractually defined;
- Ensure that Environment and Health&Safety is integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance is strictly maintained. Complete all the compulsory training's related with them and ensure that the team members do the same;
- Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box, and ensure that your team members do the same. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. **What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year procurement experience;
- Market and technology curiosity, ability to have big picture while dealing in the day to day with operation;
- Strong time management skills; strong research, negotiation and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
