Our Growth team is here to build, run, and constantly improve Sweatcoin’s growth engine powered by virality, network effects, and user-generated content. The team’s North Star: DAU. Our ambition is to stay the #1 health & fitness app downloads worldwide.
We’re looking for curious, energetic interns to join our team and help Sweatcoin grow across Arabic & French markets. If you love influencers, social media and spotting cultural trends before anyone else, this is your chance to dive in. You’ll learn the ins and outs of growth marketing, get hands-on with real campaigns and actually see the impact of your work.
- Fluent in **English** (spoken + written)
- Fluent in **Polish & German**
- You “get” your local culture - the trends, the taboos, the little details that make people click
- Some experience (or strong motivation to learn) in **digital marketing, influencers, or affiliate marketing**
**What you'll be doing**:
Every day will be different - but here are some things you’ll dive into:
- Be our _local expert_: review the Sweatcoin marketplace through the eyes of a user
- Run _mini research missions_: gather feedback from influencers, friends, peers about the app
- Help us localise everything: marketplace, influencer offers, copy, assets on promote.sweatco.in
- Team up with content creators to produce great videos
- Add your own spark to our content creation efforts
**What you will get in return**:
