Tasks
- Lead and mentor a group of product managers, providing guidance and support in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Drive the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track products performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team leads, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that the products meet the business needs and expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a product management leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to the market.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Fluency in Portuguese (highly appreciated).
- Availability to work on a hybrid setup - 2 days a week on-site (mandatory).
