Frotcom International is looking for a General Manager (GM) to manage our local teams and drive growth in the region, based out of Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, or Milan.

The GM will lead the execution of strategic initiatives for the region, partnering with cross-functional teams, and is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives by developing and implementing a growth strategy. This requires staffing & managing local teams, coordinating with the headquarters and other regional offices, and developing and executing business plans for each market.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing Frotcom in South Europe with focus on growth and expanding the commercial function.
Own the targets and P&L for each country and overall for the region;
**Actively acquire new business and retain existing customers**:
Expand and manage the commercial teams in each market;
Build out enterprise sales in the region;
Manage and optimize customer support;
Develop re-seller relationships and expand the existing network;
Expand business development & partnership cross-sales as growth driver;
Implement Frotcom’s brand strategy;
Prioritize and funnel customer feedback to impact product roadmap;
Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training;
Manage local operations and administration.
**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability in aggressively growing B2B sales;
- Experience building and managing sales teams;
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian, Spanish, and English (Portuguese is a plus);
- SaaS and Fleet Management sales background is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field preferred;
- 4+ years of professional experience with similar responsibilities.
