**Job Title**: Customer Engagement Advisor - Italian Market (Remote, Portugal Relocation Supported)

**Schedule & Work Model**:

- Rotational shifts between **8:00 and 19:00**, Monday through Saturday.
- **Days off**: Every Sunday + one additional weekday.

**Compensation Details**:

- **Monthly Base Pay**: €1,024 (x14 annual payments)
- **Monthly Bonus**: €225 (performance-based, paid over 12 months)
- **Additional Incentive (Braga only)**: €20/month

**What You'll Do**:
As an **Italian-speaking Customer Engagement Advisor**, you’ll act as a trusted resource for our clients, guiding them through sales inquiries, providing assistance with purchases, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality support standards.

**Your daily responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering accurate information on products, orders, or account concerns
- Offering troubleshooting support with a calm, tech-savvy approach
- Ensuring smooth and professional communication in every interaction
- Escalating complex cases when needed while staying solution-focused
- Recording interactions in internal systems with precision

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluency in **Italian** and **English** (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in customer success, support, or sales (a plus, not mandatory)
- Confidence using digital tools and navigating troubleshooting steps
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Empathetic communicator with a problem-solving mindset
