**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO**:

- Define the objectives and use cases applied to the project.
- Develop and maintain project-specific BIM documentation such as the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Manage the BIM delivery plan as well as the MIDP.
- Perform quality review of BIM implementation to the project.
- Periodically audit [projects] to ensure compliance with BIM requirements, standards, and templates.
- Ensure that construction project information is properly updated with information from Installation, Testing and Commissioning phases.
- Define and ensure compliance with coordination and collaboration workflows between different internal and external teams.
- Ensure compliance with the standards defined according to ISO 19650 for project information management.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for processes and workflows based on BIM work methodology.
- Plan and supervise training related to BIM methodology.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager the BIM strategy to be carried out on the project.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager the implementation status of the activities as well as the different deliverables.
- Monitor the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
- Make sure the use of the CDE on the project as the document management tool.
- Collaborate during tender phase understanding costumer BIM requirements.

**WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS**:

- Bachelor/Master in a technical area related to construction or infrastructures.
- Desirable Master/Training in BIM Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as BIM Specialist on projects.
- Familiarity with BIM modelling processes.
- Familiarity with Autodesk and Bentley SW ecosystem (Revit, Navisworks, Recap, AutoCad, Microstation, OpenRail Designer, iModel, Synchro Pro).
- Excellent IT skills.
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and related digitalization standards.
- Familiarity with the Level of Information Need (LOIN) specified for BIM results.
