Drawing inspiration from the most advanced data-centric marketplace principles, you will develop adaptive strategies to optimize marketplace liquidity, enhance matching efficiency, and help-us price our services just-right for our users. Your role will center on leveraging both top-down segmentation and empirical, data-driven approaches to understand and react dynamically to local market demands and supply conditions. You will oversee the creation of a "matching brain," integrating cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to analyze real-time market conditions, react to demand surges, and adapt pricing dynamically. Your leadership will ensure Bounce’s marketplace thrives at both global and micro-market levels, scaling seamlessly while maintaining an exceptional unit of economics. By leveraging our rich geographical and behavioral data, you’ll position Bounce as a leader in pricing intelligence and supply-demand matching. Beyond marketplace innovation, you will architect and champion a scalable, transparent modern analytics ecosystem that empowers every team to make confident, data-driven decisions.
