Event Manager Receiver

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for an **Event Manager Receiver**to coordinate with a cross-functional operational team to achieve efficient, effective, flawless project execution.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Act as Receiver Market SPOC (single point of contact) from defined production: conduct status updates, create detailed plans for activities from receiver site, manage documentation, ensure local master data and complete actions on project execution
- Act as an E2E Project Manager for operational projects: setting-up and managing the local operational team, coordinating project execution and evaluation and facilitating internal communication within local stakeholders and deciders
- Lead stakeholders management across functions: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communication

**ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**
- Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience gained through participation in different projects
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages
- Project Management competencies
- Knowledge of Nestlé organization and structure
- Understanding of NCE (Goal alignment, Focused Improvement)
- Knowledge of Nestlé’s corporate business, management, leadership and people development principles
- Leadership skills within a cross-functional team
- Experience working in a matrix-like structure
- Courage and ability to solve problems
- Proven communication skills
