**HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT A OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)**
- Acquiring, Ingesting & Distributing video content across our global video network.
- Controlling & monitoring workflows events based on internal schedules.
- Control & monitoring our video encoding platform for troubleshooting and fault analysis.
- Providing first line support & escalation for any issues that arise.

**DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?**
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Managing daily workloads and responsibilities with other team members.
- Basic understanding of broadcast procedures and processes.
- QC of live operations and troubleshooting content for faults and issues.
- Efficient escalation of faults to 3rd party Suppliers.
- Reporting and documentation of faults.

**IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD THESE DESIRABLES TOO**
- Knowledge of satellite delivery, decrypting and decoding.
- Experience in use of broadcast equipment.
- Prior experience working within a busy, deadline driven environment.
