**Your contribution to something big**:
Be part of the Combustion Systems packaging development team within Home Comfort division:

- Define, prioritize and mantain the Packaging roadmap for Combustion Solutions portfolio;
- Lead and coordinate Packaging operational topics for Combustion Solutions running projects;
- Folow-up agile methodologies frameworks and practices;
- Participate in packaging DFMEA, FAM, Project Teams meetings;
- Evaluate and define Engineering Requirements related to packaging;
- Participate in the definition of packaging technical specifications for Bosch products;
- Work with suppliers to optimize and troubleshoot packaging issues;
- Follow up of new projects until mass production;
- Working with Time-To-Market (TTM) process taking products from idea to finished product;
- Project planning and tracking;
- Project review / reporting internally and with stakeholders;
- Define product costs together with the project budget;
- Use Product Engineering tools to support and ensure product quality in the development process;
- Ensure communication and exchange with parallel TTM-Projects and Modules;
- Identification of risks, creating transparency and proactive solution handling.

**Qualifications**:

Education: Degree in Mechanical or Packaging Engineering preferred;
Personality**:

- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills;
Working method**:

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to identify problems, develop and implement solutions;
- Experience with agile framework;
Experience and know-how**:

- Experience in packaging development / project management or similar;
- Knowledge and Evaluation of Total cost in projects;
Software skills:

- Siemens NX (MCAD) and ArtiosCAD;
- JIRA;
- SAP;
Languages: Very good English communication written and spoken (mandatory).
