What started as the dream of our founder R. -creating modern, bold fashion for girls who own their style-has grown into a fast-growing brand that is constantly evolving.

From a small workshop in Valencia to a team of over 100 people, 30 stores and an unstoppable community of 500K followers, our designs have been worn by top influencers and trendsetters. And we've only just begun.

We need a SALES ASSISTANT for our new Gaia corner A profile that has known THE-ARE since its inception, that has followed our history all these years and has felt identified with our philosophy and brand values. That he bets on and defends 'Made In Spain' and, above all, that he feels capable of transmitting it to those around him.

- 12-hour base schedule._
Weekends and holidays
Saturdays: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sundays: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM/4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
*Extended hours to cover vacation/absences
- 36-hour base schedule._
Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts
Mornings: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Afternoons: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Be the best personal shopper in your city:

- Take care of our clients by helping them, listening to them, and giving them the best experience of their day.
- Add value in a fast-paced environment by understanding their preferences and needs.
- Stay fully up to date with the latest collections and campaigns, as well as key details like fabric types, fits, sizing, and availability.
- Keep the store organized, ensuring strong stock control.
- Work closely with your team to ensure smooth coordination and efficiency.

About your store:

- Collaborate with your team on all store tasks (restocking, picking, organizing, cleaning, receiving merchandise ).
- Manage cash operations efficiently.
- Guarantee the perfect presentation of products in-store, following the Visual Merchandising guidelines and maintaining THE-ARE’s brand image.
- Work alongside the Store Coordinator to ensure efficient stock and inventory management in the warehouse.
- Take initiative in suggesting product transfers, consolidations, or integrations.
- Follow internal policies and procedures.
- Own the brand as if it were yours and go all in to achieve commercial goals.
