**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage sustainability consulting projects, including sustainability strategy development, ESG performance assessment, and sustainability reporting, utilising digital tools and technologies to optimise processes and insights.
- Collaborate with clients to identify sustainability risks, opportunities, and priorities, and develop tailored sustainability solutions and action plans, leveraging digital platforms and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments, audits, and benchmarking to evaluate and improve clients' sustainability performance and compliance with sustainability standards and regulations, utilising digital solutions for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of sustainability topics, including climate change, circular economy, renewable energy, and social responsibility, leveraging digital innovations to enhance sustainability practices and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, employees, suppliers, and investors, to build awareness, alignment, and commitment to sustainability goals and initiatives, utilising digital communication channels and platforms to enhance engagement and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to inform and enhance consulting services and client recommendations, leveraging digital insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., LEED, CSR, GRI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, ESG management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
