**About the role**
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Contract Manager to negotiate contracts with our non-material vendors. You'll work directly with internal stakeholders across departments to review and negotiate vendor contracts, prepare summaries of key risks and obligations, and manage contracts through our approval process. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining the operations of our Commercial Legal team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Reviewing vendor terms against Revolut’s playbook and negotiating specific provisions
- Preparing summaries of key risks and obligations in a defined format for internal stakeholders
- Managing contracts through our contract approval and signing process
- Updating our contract database
- Supporting with the contract renewal and amendment processes
- Enhancing our vendor management processes
**What you'll need**
- The ability to review and understand contractual terms and explain the relevant risks to stakeholders in plain English
- Familiarity with legal requirements and best practices in contract management
- Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
- Exceptional stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
- A degree in law, business administration, or other relevant field
**Nice to have**
- Experience or qualification in contract management
- Experience within an in-house legal department
- Familiarity with legal tech and/or AI
