**Your Main Activities Are**
Balance-Sheet Monitoring, Optimization and Forecast
- Support on the Production and monitoring reports for Balance Sheet metrics (Leverage exposure, GSIB, Single Resolution Fund) at desk/product level- Support on the Analysis and explanation of variations liaising with Front Office, Finance and Risk departments- Participation to optimization actions- Ensure regulatory texts are accurately applied and implemented in systems- Participate to enhancement of data quality- Quarterly reconciliation with Finance / Risk data to identify potential areas of improvementQuarterly capital run exercises
- Support the production of inputs required for capital run computation- Perform first level analysis of source data- Ensure regular communication of the results during the capital run to the impacted business lines in a timely manner- Perform required adjustments/corrections where possible- Production of overall departments’ capital explain per type of risk and first level analysis- Maintain the overall database to log all capital adjustments performed by the team for all types of risks**Profile and Skills to Success**
Bachelor degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Science, Math & Engineering or related studies
Knowledge of financial markets, trading and financial products
Good knowledge of programming languages (i.e., R, VBA, Python, SQL)
Excellent communication skills in English
Communicate clearly and effectively
Capacity to analyse issues, synthesise findings and communicate them in an effective manner
Good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and capacity to deliver results with precision and rigorousness
Interest in financial markets

Within CIB/Global Markets, T2RS Global Markets Resources Management (GMRM) is in charge of 2 core mandates
- Risks: second level monitoring of all risks related to financial transactions, and more particularly counterparty risk- Financial Resources: management of capital, balance sheet and leverage ratioThis team’s DNA
- A Front Office team- A combination of several areas of expertise- Independence from the different Global Business Lines- Transversal to all activities and regions#LI-Hybrid
