- Develop and manage enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy;
- Define and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration and alignment between IT and business;
- Create architectural roadmaps and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance process efficiency and scalability;
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and frameworks, promoting best governance practices;
- Support strategic decision-making through impact analysis and feasibility assessments of new solutions and technologies.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field;
- TOGAF certification (is a plus);
- Proven experience in defining and optimizing business processes and system architectures;
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (Zachman, ITIL, COBIT is a plus);
- Experience with process modeling tools (ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision for decision-making;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with different business areas;
- Develop a Reference Architecture for a business area, including globally applicable technologies;
- Define Golden Rules to standardize architectural principles and guidelines;
- Conduct GAP analysis between existing solutions and the Reference Architecture;
- Define the Transformation Roadmap, ensuring a structured evolution of systems and processes;
- Estimate financial impacts of architectural changes and transformation initiatives;
- Document architectures in Confluence, ensuring accessibility and knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in English.
