Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential clients (seniors, families, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, etc.).
- Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments with potential clients.
- Promote services through networking, consultations, follow-ups and cold calls.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain a client pipeline from lead to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources (doctors, nurses, discharge planners, and social workers).
- Cultivate and manage long-term referral relationships.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and support market positioning.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and client interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, home care, or senior services industry.
- Strong knowledge of in-home care services and terminology.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Language requirement; Portuguese (English will be a plus).

Working Conditions

Flexible work environment: client site visits and remote work as required.
