**Job Summary**:
To develop and perform complex analysis of samples, release or stability trials, to ensure the transfer of expertise in newly developed analytical methods to third parties (internal and external), and to ensure laboratory equipment maintenance and operation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Stays updated with regulatory and quality standards, evolutions in GXP compliance and best practices where needed everywhere in the world
- Acts as primary contact for the QA Operations documentation centre and SharePoint
- Maintains quality KPI and other key metrics
- Supports the management of critical exception documents and CAPA in addition to the preparation of quality management and audit reviews
- Supports completion and approval of PQRs within required time frames
- Collates value added quality system metrics that can be used to assess and monitor levels of compliance at the site and keep the data up to date
- Coordinates, as delegated, activities to support follow-up on complaint trend investigations for non-medical and medical (adverse events) complaints
- Supports the development and improvement of the QA Central Services and QA Operations group
