A Elevus é uma empresa de recrutamento especializado e atualmente encontra-se a recrutar um **Talent Acquisition **(M/F) para um cliente final de renome do setor da Engenharia e Arquitetura, na zona de Lisboa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Gestão do processo de Recrutamento e Seleção transversais a toda a organização, desde: Engenheiros de Projeto (Civis, Mecânicos, Eletrotécnicos e Ambiente), _Project Managers_, Arquitetos, Desenhadores, bem como todas as áreas de suporte (Financeira, Comercial, IT e RH) ;
- Levantamento de necessidades internas de Recrutamento, junto dos Responsáveis de Área;
- Publicação de anúncios nas diversas plataformas de emprego;
- Pesquisa direta de perfis (_LinkedIn_);
- Triagem curricular;
- Realização de entrevistas telefónicas, presenciais e _online_;
- Participação ativa no processo de Acolhimento e Integração de novos colaboradores (_Onboarding_);
- Apoio a tarefas administrativas gerais de RH.
**Perfil**:
- Formação ao nível do ensino superior (Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou similar);
- Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em Recrutamento & Seleção;
- Experiência na utilização do _LinkedIn Recruiter _(valorizada);
- Facilidade de comunicação/relacionamento interpessoal;
- Autonomia funcional, dinamismo, capacidade de planeamento e organização, dado o volume elevado de processos em aberto.
**Condições**:
- Salário compatível com a função;
