**About the Team**
- Consulting & Transformation (C&T) is part of the COO scope and its goal is to advise BNP Paribas’ Management, participating in the framing, design and implementation of projects and operating models aimed at supporting global CIB Functions & Business lines, having both a global and local mandate
- GHR C&T team is part of the C&T perimeter in Portugal. The practice is focused on Human Resources to support Group HR and the HR Function in the planning and implementation of its Transformation, focused on:

- Design and implement new operating models by revamping HR processes and deploying new tools
- Enable the operational implementation of the Group HR strategy, by acting as “Smart PMO”, coordinating resources and ensuring communication among all stakeholders across regions
- Identify disruptive, tactical and strategic quality improvement and cost reduction opportunities
- The team provides services only to GHR, impacting the entire BNPP Group and manages an international portfolio with cross-border projects

**About the job**
- Participate in the framing, design, and follow-up phases of strategic projects providing support to BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Management in the transformation process both locally and at Group level

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support ongoing projects and practices
- Create and take ownership of basic models and provide support to the development of complex business cases
- Prepare and participate in workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results
- Prepare, structure, and conduct project presentations to clients
- Develop client-tailored solutions for previously structured problems
- Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties
- Execute the tasks assigned respecting time schedule and deadlines
- Communicate and receive constructive feedback both in formal and informal ways

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelors Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related areas
- Knowledge in Project Management and Consulting
- English fluent
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Active listener
- Problem Solver
- Analytical ability
- Knowledge in Consulting and Strategy
