**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Operations, Report and Finance.
- Billing management and control;
- Analysis and validation of payroll;
- Analysis of accounting documents;
- Management of client contract renewals;
- Management of accounts receivable;
- Cash flow management and control;
- Organization of accounting records;
- Internal and group reporting;
- Creation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Negotiation of contracts with suppliers;
- Financial and management support and coordination;
- Process improvement and development of new metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- A Degree in Management/Accounting;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Proficient in Excel;
- Knowledge of accounting and finance;
- Desire to work in the field of control and reporting;
- Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with SaaS management platforms such as CRM, Reporting, Books, among others, is highly valued.
