We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a Junior Controller to join our team. In this role you will be exposed to all aspects of Finance work at a Proptech startup. You will be exposed to high level of freedom and responsibility from day one. We want your involvement in the financial and business controlling of the Habyt Group, actively supporting our Finance Team in shaping the financial future of Habyt.

This position is hybrid/remote, with preferred base in Lisbon.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Management and Controlling of financial/accounting operations.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaison with external accounting and auditing partners.
- Control monthly performance against budget and prepare variance reports.

**Your Qualifications**
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years experience in the finance and/or controlling field.
- Experience in start-ups/ scale-ups preferred.
- Proficient user of Excel and GoogleSheets. Experience with Lucanet is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners.
- Quick learner, able to work under pressing deadlines and changing priorities.
- Full working proficiency in English is required, any other European language is a plus.
