A Triangle Talent Solutions está a recrutar Sénior Sales Executive (M/F/D) para integrar grupo hoteleiro, líder no seu setor, na região de Albufeira.

Missão:
Irá integrar o departamento comercial do nosso grupo hoteleiro, com o objetivo de reforçar a estratégia de captação e fidelização de novos clientes individuais e de grupos (desportivos, culturais, coorporate, entre outros). Será responsável pela prospeção ativa de novos negócios, gestão de carteira de clientes e identificação de oportunidades estratégicas.

**Responsabilidades**:
Prospeção de novos clientes e segmentos de mercado, aumentando assim a sua diversificação nos vários períodos do ano, combatendo a sazonalidade das várias regiões.
Desenvolvimento de estratégias para aumentar a ocupação e maximizar as receitas das unidades hoteleiras do grupo.
Gestão e expansão de uma carteira sólida de contactos no setor.
Representar o grupo em reuniões, feiras e eventos de networking.
Colaboração direta com o Diretor Comercial para alinhar estratégias e cumprir objetivos.
Elaboração de relatórios de atividade comercial e análise de resultados.

Perfil desejado:
Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções comerciais, preferencialmente no setor hoteleiro ou áreas similares.
Forte capacidade de prospeção de negócios e identificação de novas oportunidades de mercado.
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação.
Carteira de contactos no mercado nacional e internacional (valorizada).
Fluência em inglês (obrigatório)
Disponibilidade para viajar e para horários flexíveis.
Carta de condução
Perfil autónomo, proativo e orientado para resultados.
