**About LACE Investment Partners**

LACE is a Portuguese Institutional Real Assets Private Equity advisor and manager with a focus in Real Estate, with c. €600m of Assets Under Management across Portugal and Spain on behalf of tier 1 institutional investors.

The firm was founded in 2018 by 3 partners with long established careers and track record investing and managing Real Estate and Infrastructure projects and private equity capital. LACE works predominantly with international institutional clients.

LACE invests in highly skilled professionals, integrating internally the capacity to add value to real assets at the operational, engineering, and financial levels.

We are looking for a bright, focused, and high-performance orientated professional.

This Analyst position is ideal for a recently graduated student (or with limited experience), capable of integrating a team of Investment and Asset Management professionals. The initial position will be generalist with an opportunity to become more specialized with the career progression.

LACE will assure a transversal training program, as the workflow will blend complex multipart inputs (finance, engineering, accounting and legal).

**Responsibilities**

The Analyst shall gain immediate exposure to the following areas of the company:

- Project Management (coordinating Architects, Engineers, Site Supervision and Contractors)
- Asset/Investment Management
- Financial Modelling and Project Valuation
- Investor Reports and Presentations Market Research and Transaction Analysis

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (eliminatory).
- Fluent English verbal and written communication.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, high attention to detail and generally solid and articulate communication skills.

The new Analyst will receive on the job training to learn to proficiently value and analyse projects and businesses, covering accounting, financial modelling and capital markets.
