English Speaking Event Coordinator

What you will do

Let’s do this. In this vital role you will be responsible to delivering day to day meetings and events management support activities for the Uk&Ireland affiliate. They will perform and execute the existing and support implementation of a new meetings and events management processes under the guidance of the Business Enablement Ops Meeting Management manager.

Responsibilities will include:

- Organize meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
- Complete internal forms on behalf of responsible Amgen employee
- Recognizing and escalating problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
- Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.

Experience and skills needed:

- University Degree, preferably in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels, corporate events & meetings support
- Personal credibility and flexibility
- Proactivity and service-minded attitude
- Very good communication skills
- Team player mindset
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
