**YOUR MISSION**:
**Your Mission**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Technical Project Manager**to support a tower project. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of steering the project towards success by leveraging their technical expertise and project management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and provide the **B-Level plan**and guide Team Leads (TLs) in creating the **C-Level plan**.
- Plan and support **technical reviews**of tower components and structures.
- Identify and mitigate **project risks**, ensuring smooth progress and mínimal disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with **vendors and suppliers**to guarantee project delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.
- Engage in active **stakeholder management**, maintaining clear communication channels and alignment with project goals.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **project management**with a track record of success in technical and complex projects.
- Expertise in **tower structures**including internals, shells, flanges, and the enabling of TCM.
- Strong **engineering background**in one or more of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering
- Knowledge and experience with **wind turbine towers**:

- Proficiency in **risk management**, **stakeholder management**, and the use of tools such as **JIRA**and **MS Project**.
