InnoWave is looking for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst
A dynamic and analytical profile, with a strong business drive and curiosity to explore data. Someone resilient, with solid knowledge of Excel and dashboards, eager to learn, and capable of interpreting Salesforce pipelines to support decision-making and improve commercial efficiency.
Junior Sales Operations Analyst
**Responsibilities**:
Support the analysis and monitoring of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
Create and optimize dashboards and reports in Excel and other tools
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the sales process
Work closely with the sales and management teams to support decision-making
Ask challenging questions that drive insights and impact
Anticipate problems and propose fast and effective solutions
Contribute to initiatives that improve sales efficiency and business growth
**Skills**:Degree or Master’s in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related areas
Previous professional experience not mandatory (internships or projects are a plus)
Strong knowledge of Excel (dashboards, advanced formulas, data analysis)
Interest in CRM and Salesforce (previous experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Resilience, curiosity, and ability to adapt quickly
Critical thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo
Good communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English - written and spoken
