If you can see yourself working side-by-side with a team dedicated to those people that work hard and play harder, Dickies just may be the place for you. **Senior Merchandising Manager, Mens Bottoms** **What will you do?** A day in the life of a Senior Merchandising Manager for Mens Bottoms at Dickies looks a little like this: - Deliver the seasonal product line for Men’s Workwear Bottoms in alignment with the brand and financial objectives against growth areas and key concepts. - Analyze sales data, consumer research, and trend data to optimize assortments and pricing strategies. - Develop a strong understanding of the consumer and channels to identify opportunities, utilizing insights to drive informed decision making. - Manage the day-to-day activities of your category. - Responsible for initiating new concepts that build on Dickies heritage franchises through the spectrum from functional performance innovation for workwear needs to elevated lifestyle interpretations. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and regional merchandising and sales teams to ensure a strong product offering that meets their needs and drives growth in all regions. - Build and implement proactive and directive merchandising strategies including end-to-end plans for key launches, with proactive direction to stakeholders on who is the target, what is the concept, and where it should be placed. - Lead seasonal GTM process in partnership with design and development teams to ensure on-time completion. - Collaboration with Genuine Dickies merchandising team to build synergy and prevent duplication. - Continuously analyze the category and evaluate changes to improve efficiency. - Support Sr. Director in the merch financial planning process, including revenue and margin target setting and execution to drive commercial success. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to drive product innovation. **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
