Key Responsibilities:

- **Innovative Strategies**:Design and implement cutting-edge recruitment approaches, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to attract top-tier tech professionals.
- **Direct Sourcing Expertise**:Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, professional communities, and unconventional channels to find and engage the best talent.
- **Contract Management**:Oversee the creation and maintenance of work contracts, ensuring smooth processes.
- **Strategic Collaboration**:Partner with the German Recruiting team to align strategies and advise the IT department on tailored hiring solutions.
- **Event Recruitment**:Actively participate in university events, recruiting fairs, and global initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- **External Partnerships**:Work with head-hunters and service providers to strengthen the team and expand our reach.
- Überzeugendes Profil- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- **Recruitment Experience**:At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in IT or consulting.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Familiarity with HR systems such as Avature, Workday, and SAP HCM, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
- **Modern Recruitment Tools**:Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn
