**We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic HR Business Partner in our team in Lisboa (Póvoa de Santa Iria).**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Update and maintain the company's organisational structure and definition of functions.
- Prepare and review the staff budget in accordance with the instructions given by the Human Resources Management.
- Carry out the recruitment and selection processes in his/her area of activity in accordance with the company's policy.
- To carry out the management of tasks related to personnel administration.
- Drawing up induction programmes for new employees and changes of position.
- Calculation of incentives for Sales & Marketing teams.
- Follow up the recruitment and invoicing of flexible compensation products.
- Organise and implement approved training plans.

**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:
We are looking for a professional with experience in a commercial company in the areas of human resources and with a generalist vision of the key areas.
- Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology or Law.
- Experience and background in labour legislation in Portugal.
- Good level of English. Spanish language is highly valued.
