Job Purpose
Assist the Iberia QE Manager on systems implementation and management, monitoring Iberia performance, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Execution and implementation of policies regarding occupational risk prevention in sites under his/her responsibility. Verify that the personal and material conditions are adequate according to the regulations established to avoid accidents

**Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to**:
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- Participation on system management implementation
- Participation on system management documentation definition
- Support operational staff on management systems implementation
- Support to the site’s and departments solicitations
QE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
- Collaborate in the QHSE activities planning
- Request and analyse suppliers’ proposals, based on technical knowledge
- Reporting’s preparation
- Support on objectives definition
- Support on action plan definition and effectiveness cause analysis
LEGAL COMPLIANCE FOLLOW UP
- Legal compliance follow up and ensuring legal accomplishment through action plan definition, when applied
TRAINING AND AWARENESS
- Prepare training and awareness contents on management systems, CEVA standards and concerned tools
- Identify trainees when applied
- Plan and conduct trainings and awareness
- Collaborate with HR department to deliver the training records
AUDITS
- Collaborate on audit program issue
- Conduct internal and supplier’s audits
- Support the product and other department on audit’s preparation
- Follow up and support Products and other departments on external audits
- Support Products and other departments on the action plan definition and its effectiveness
ENVIRONMENT
- Carrying out Environmental: analysis, aspects impact assessment and management program
- Identify and analyse environmental suppliers (eg: wastes suppliers )
- Annual legal reportings
- Operational control
- Environment drills (together with H&S, when applicable)
- Respects natural resources by controlling their consumption and complies with applicable legal environmental requirements
SAFETY
- Support operational units in matters of Health & Safety (H&S)
- Participate in activities related to ISO 45001 certification
- Deliver internal training and awareness sessions on H&S topics
- Conduct occupational risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with H&S legislation
- Perform analysis of accidents and incidents
- Analysis and evaluation of outcomes from implemented H&S measures
