The **Smart Mobility Department** has the mission to promote and implement the EDP Group's central and benchmark positioning in the Smart Mobility ecosystem through the development of differentiating technological solutions, definition of new business models, products and services and execution of strategic partnerships, in order to capture local and global business opportunities boosted by the growth of EVs penetration and is hiring a **E-mobility Regulatory & External Affairs Associate**.
- Work closely with internal and external (local and European) stakeholders to drive the development of e-mobility and the roll-out of EV charging infrastructure;
- Monitor and analyze political, regulatory and industry trends providing insights and recommendations to EDP's e-mobility businesses;
- Support business units in the identification and capture of opportunities, as well as anticipating legal requirements from regulations and public policies under development;
- Support EDP representation in industry associations, public forums and conferences, creating solid relationships with government entities to drive the development of policies to accelerate the transition to e-mobility;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from the Client Solutions Platform and the EDP Group, to align the key topics, strategies and core messages regarding EDP's e-mobility businesses;
- Support compliance of EDP's e-mobility businesses, working closely with operations, legal, regulatory and competition teams, as well as providing support to respond requests of information, inspections, and external audits from sector legal entities.

**What we are looking for**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Public Relations, or similar;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience for the position (energy sector experience preferred);
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills;
- Strategic mindset to identify emerging trends and to anticipate risks and opportunities, translating them into business recommendations and policy asks;
- A curious, proactive, and hand-on attitude, with strong drive for excellence and commitment to take part on the green transition to e-mobility;
- Team player, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
