**We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon.**

Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital - and it will represent a key milestone in Hyatt’s continued brand growth in Southern Europe. Andaz Lisbon is set to become the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Lisbon. Located in the center of Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district and situated along the main pedestrian road, Rua Augusta, the hotel will comprise five separate buildings, including the former offices of Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). The central building will feature 170 guestrooms, with the surrounding four satellite buildings offering various private suites. This urban resort will allow guests to fully embrace the locale and experience authentic Lisbon.

**About the role**

We seek a dynamic Sales Executive to join during the pre-opening phase. Reporting to the Director of Sales (who reports to the Director of Commercial Services), the Sales Executive will drive revenue and promote the hotel's brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract high-end clientele and corporate accounts.
- ** Revenue**: Focus on generating revenue.
- ** Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and exceeded.
- ** Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- ** Business Understanding**: Understand the local market, competitors, and economic/travel trends.
- ** Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
- ** Event Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments to organize and manage events aligned with the hotel's luxury standards.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
- ** Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
- ** Languages**: Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, especially for international markets.
