Content Marketing Manager

**Your mission**:
As a content marketing manager, you will be supporting the Marketing team in developing and implementing the marketing strategy across all channels to successfully engage with our b2b audience. You will support our day-to-day operation to keep building the Finoa brand, increase lead generation and support our mission to become a trusted gateway for institutional investors to engage with the crypto ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity in which you can take ownership from day 1, shape the way people engage with our brand and support us by making crypto accessible and attractive for our clients and the broader audience.
**In this role, you will**:
- Support the creation of the marketing strategy across different channels and lead various product launches
- Develop the content strategy to effectively engage with our crypto native audience, assist with content creation, and manage content on our social media accounts, blog, newsletter, and website.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and develop key messaging to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and generate new leads.
- Continuously improve the company website by creating new landing pages, A/B testing elements to improve user experience, and optimizing content for search engines; participate in brainstorming sessions and come up with new initiatives to test and optimize our content and engage with our audience.
- Be a key stakeholder internally and externally by collaborating with a network of copywriters, as well as coordinating various initiatives with our internal teams, e.g. Sales, Product.
**What you need to be successful**:
- A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or content management
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and content writing. You know how to develop a content strategy based on keyword analysis and know how to evaluate your content performance.
- Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- A good understanding of paid channels, in particular, Google and Linkedin
- Native level of English language skills
- A hands-on approach and experience in working autonomously and leading key initiatives
- Excellent planning and time management skills and great attention to detail.
- The ability to balance delivering on daily tasks with long-term strategic view
- Prior experience in Crypto or Fintech industry is a big plus
