**About the role**

We are looking for a Functional Tester with solid experience in integration-focused software testing, primarily within the scope of functional testing. This role requires the ability to analyze both technical and business documentation, interpret functional requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

**As a part of your job, you will**:

- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to design comprehensive test cases.
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, report, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to identify urgent fixes related to new code changes or bugs.
- Maintain close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other testers to ensure high-quality delivery standards.

**What are we looking for?**
- Broad understanding of software testing principles (test design, requirement analysis).
- Proficient in SQL for data validation.
- Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in front-end functional testing.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with signaling protocols such as SIP, INAP, etc.

**Personal traits**
- Proficient English (spoken and written).
- Availability for on-site presence once per week (may increase during test campaigns at the VF-PT client lab).
- Willingness to travel occasionally (not in the early stages and not for extended periods).
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
