Transport Assistant Polish Speaker

**Your new company**
Our client is the largest producer and exporter in its market and is looking for a Delivery Planner
**Your new role**:
- Processing of transport orders;
- Daily contact with transportation companies, sales team and plant warehouses,
- Selection of the best transport supplier, management, and control of transport costs;
- Negotiation of freight tariffs with transport providers for a new routes which are not defined in annual tender;
- Assuring timely dispatching and delivery of goods, tracking of the deliveries upon loading;
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues;
- Control of daily end to end operation;
- Stakeholder management; adequately and proactively inform Customer Service departments, Warehouse and Suppliers;
- All administration issues related to transport process, including transport invoices verification.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Higher education (in logistics field as additional advantage);
- Experience on a similar position (will be consider as additional advantage);
- Languages:
- Polish - fluency in oral and written;
- Portuguese - advanced in oral and written;
- English - communicative in oral and written;
- Spanish - will be consider as additional advantage;
- Deadline oriented and able to work under pressure;
- Negotiation skills and problem solving;
- Team worker with good skills of social relationship;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Office package (SAP knowledge as additional advantage).
