**Technology **Lead - Global Franchises (Commercial Business Technology)**
As part of our mission to realize a Healthier Every day for Every women, business technology along with corresponding data & analytics are key elements across all franchises and products offerings. In order to drive for a fit-for purpose and corresponding value realization of the technology enablers, we are looking for a **Technology Lead - Global Franchises. **The corresponding technology enthusiast will **be ‘linking pin’ between the global franchises and the various technology value teams**, and will be responsible for translating the franchise business strategy in to a corresponding technology strategy (including data & analytics), and co-own (with both business partners and value teams) the resulting franchise specific value realization.

**Primary Activities**:
Reporting to the Value Team Lead for 1) Consumer Engagement and 2) Access, Pricing & Trade Channel,
the “Technology Lead - Global Franchises” will:
- ** Closely partner with global franchises** to drive a deep understanding of both short
- and long-term franchise strategy and corresponding technology intervention opportunities to enhance consumer and patient outcomes.
- ** Closely partner with the Value Teams**, with key focus on commercially enabling value teams, to drive a deep understanding of value team scope, strategy and corresponding product roadmaps as enabler of sustained business value. As the Global Franchise representative work closely with the Value Teams to inform product evolution and/or new products needed to realize the business strategy.
- ** Define and sustain a technology enablement roadmap** for each of the global franchises, by combination of franchise strategy with Value team product roadmap. Act as overall BT representative within global franchise meeting, with the goal to proactively highlight technology opportunities as business strategy catalysts.
- Co-own (with functional partners) the **Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) definition** for the franchise technology enablers product as well as co-leading the Key Result tracking and overall adoption & value realization.
- Maintain a close partnership with market level BT representatives to understand **market dynamics and ecosystem limitations**, as well as assuring **franchise technology applicability**.
- Maintain a strong understanding of and assure compliance with regulatory and compliance standards, including both internal software development lifecycle standard, as well as external regulations such as privacy.
- Remaining abreast of external technology trends and innovations (globally and cross-industry) with the aim of proactively assess their potential as value driver for the global franchises.
- Assists the global Franchises in writing and prioritizing user stories/requirements.

**Experience & Skills**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent account management role on the edge between business and IT technology - preferably in a commercial oriented and fast evolving industry (FMCG, banking,...).
- Proven ability to quickly and deeply understand business strategies, translating these into technology enablement opportunities, and realizing corresponding pull-through.
- Broad technology & technology enablement understanding, with preferred knowledge on customer & consumer marketing processes.
