We're hiring **German-speaking Digital Content Review Specialists** to join a fast-growing international team. If you're detail-oriented, curious about online trends, and want to make the internet a safer space — this one’s for you.

**Your mission**:

- Review short-form video and multimedia content
- Identify, report, and escalate policy violations
- Ensure platform safety and compliance
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all moderation tasks
- Collaborate with team leads on quality standards

**What you’ll bring**:

- Fluency in German (C2/native level)
- English proficiency at C2 level - this is a must
- EU citizenship or valid PT residence/work permit
- Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
- Ability to handle sensitive content responsibly
- Bonus: Experience in moderation or social media is a plus
