We are looking for #TechTalent to serve as a Cybersecurity Specialist in the banking sector.
**What will you do?**
- Identification and assessment of security threats;
- Preparation of risk analysis;
- Development of cyber resilience strategies and plans;
- Implementation of security controls, policies, and procedures;
- Propose the implementation of threat and cyber incident detection mechanisms;
- Implementation of incident response plans;
- Conducting resilience testing.
**What are we looking for?**
- Education in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and cyber resilience;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and advanced technologies;
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ (preferred);
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ease of communication with other teams and areas of the company.
