We are looking for a Performance Test Lead (M/F) to work remotely, with the remote possibility of travelling occasionally.

Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage performance testing activities across multiple teams and projects.
- Develop performance testing frameworks using **JMeter DSL** and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure performance is embedded in the SDLC.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and build performance engineering capabilities within the organization.
- Ensure continuous improvement of performance testing and monitoring processes and tools.
- Good communication skills (english), proactive/self-autonomous.

**Qualifications**
- **
Required Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering and testing.
- Strong expertise in **JMeter DSL** for creating and automating performance tests.
- Experience with **Grafana**, **Prometheus**, and **InfluxDB** for monitoring and visualization.
- Proficiency in **Java** for developing performance scripts and integrating with testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and integrating performance tests into pipelines.
- Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices (load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based performance testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
