As a **Team Leade**r, you will

Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding results.

Encourage team members to achieve departmental targets and promote a positive work environment

Ensure the team's performance meets expectations and adheres to our Core Process guidelines.

Develop and execute various projects to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as the primary point of contact for employee issues and provide guidance in challenging situations with customers**.**

**What We're Looking Fo**r:
Minimum experience as a Team Leader of at least one year.

**Fluency in French: You must be able to communicate effectively in French (minimum C2 level).**

Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy troubleshooting and configuring a variety of technical systems and devices.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 21:00).

Personal Strengths: You are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

**Be available for regular commuting or to plan a relocation to the area of our offices in Lisboa**

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Deslocar-se ou estar disposto a mudar-se para o local da oferta antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório)
