**Job Description**

As a Cloud Migration Project Manager, you are responsible for the management and coordination of the migration projects for our customers, so they achieve the defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality with excellent customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our migration team and customer implementation team members. This position provides professional Statements of Work and Services quotes, supporting our Account Executives in the pre-sales process.

You will be part of the Cloud Migration Team in Unit4’s Customer Success division. This ambitious team is rapidly growing to deliver the best SaaS transition experience for its existing customers. You will be a key player in the build-up of this strategic initiative to get our customers from on-premises solutions and old versions into Unit4 Cloud. We want our customers to reap the full value of our innovative solutions Unit4 is bringing to market.

As a member of the Cloud Migration Team you will

• Engage in requirements definition with clients
• Define strategy to achieve a successful roll out that satisfies client expectations
• Manage the Cloud Migrations including developing a project plan
• Liaise with client and Unit4 staff regarding the project and issues, including providing regular project status reports to Unit4 management and the client
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources on assigned projects
• Ensure all available data is compiled to provide a clear, documented understanding of the client requirements, goals and objectives
• Handle complex client issues together with the project team
• Monitor cost, progress and quality of projects
• Schedule projects and ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and according to acceptable standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare a post-implementation review and report
• Transfer project documentation and knowledge to support team
• Provide project supervision and leadership on assigned projects
• You support, develop, and enhance Cloud Migration Team services and scope to provide added-value to our customers.
• You will mentor colleagues and participate in extending the team’s overall knowledge/skills

Cloud Migration Team is strong and close team build on diverse, experienced, and driven individuals that work with and for each other in the pursuit of customer success. **Qualifications**

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified (preferred)
• Strong financial/business background
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with project management, business processes, implementations and migrations
• Consulting skills and demonstrated experience in building strong customer relationships
• Ability to interpret client business requirements to build a solution
• Experience with project management tools, and ability to work with Microsoft DevOps
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with senior levels of the organization (internal and external)
• You are business and customer oriented
• You are a team player
• You are self-motivated and proactive.
• You have the ability to lead and motivate your colleagues.

We have clients all over Europe, which makes fluency in an additional language either Dutch, German, Swedish and/or French important and therefor having one or more of these additional language skills would be a plus.
