- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities;
- Create reports based on your findings;
- Promote actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
- Provide feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identify training needs with the Trainer.

What you'll need
- Native/near native English speaker;
- Experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred);
- As a Quality Analyst for Reddit, you’ll need a solid experience in contact center;
- Understand contact center business and trends;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Achievement and customer oriented;
- Good communication skills;
- Diversity orientation and judgement capability.
