Bnberry is at the forefront of connecting hotels and resorts with short-term rental platforms, revolutionizing the way accommodations operate and how guests experience travel. As we continue to expand our reach and innovate within the industry, we are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO. This pivotal role will be instrumental in sculpting the organizational strategy and ensuring our operations are seamlessly aligned with our ambitious goals.

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the organization's strategic direction. Facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
- **Operations Oversight**: Oversee daily operations to ensure they are in line with the company's strategic goals. Identify efficiencies and areas for improvement within current operational processes.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and productive collaboration.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Lead cross-departmental initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that projects across different departments are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- **Innovation Drive**: Cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization. Encourage and support initiatives that adapt to market changes and position Bnberry as a leader in the industry.
- **Performance Insight**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational health and the success of strategic initiatives. Provide actionable insights to the CEO for informed decision-making.
- **Project Management**: Streamline projects from inception to completion. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably within the technology or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams across functional areas.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong capability to navigate change and foster innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
