**Purpose of Position**:
The Business Insights Analyst Associate combines analytical knowledge and aptitude with adaptability, practicality, and a strong ability to communicate. The purpose is to deliver exceptional analytical insights and solutions to challenges throughout NetJets.
This role is responsible for gathering, managing and consolidating accurate information to provide to the business within the diverse areas that belong to the Business Insights & Analytics department, executing analysis measuring the business performance.
This role will help define solutions and support change adoption to improve forecasting performance, cross functional communication, and integrated planning.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement company dashboard reports, analytical modelling and visualizations to facilitate the monitoring of the business, allowing to quickly identify and act on issues and seize opportunities;
- Assist to identify key business indicators to enhance the understanding of key business stakeholders of business needs by the distribution and creation of reporting, analysis, mining, visualization, dashboards, whilst proposing solutions to business concerns;
- Provide data and create timely, relevant, and accurate analyses of operational and business data and processes at the level of fidelity required for the diverse areas of the business;
- Provides expertise in statistics, data visualization, machine learning, mathematical optimization, simulation, or another analytical specialty;
- Learn new tools and techniques as needed to produce the best possible results;
- Perform analysis of both strategic and tactical business and operational questions while working independently, pragmatically, and with reliance on creative analytical curiosity;
- Collaborate with business partners to analytically explore business and operational problems. Gather and act to resolve operational issues through increasing business acumen;
- Help simplify complex analytical models/insights/solutions in presentations for Executive Leadership Team;
- Author memos or presentations summarizing/explaining insights effectively;
- Practice active listening and seeks feedback routinely to build business partner relationships and to foster trust in analytical insights and the recommendations of decision support tools and analyses.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Mathematics

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:
- University degree in Computer Science, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or similar;
- From 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or related work experience (preferential in aviation industry);
- Ability to demonstrate high level of business acumen and commercial attitude;
- High Proficiency in MS Office (VBA preferably) and experience in an analytical platform such as SAS, Python, AWS, SQL, R, or CRM solutions (SalesForce), and visualization platform such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI;
- Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities;
- Detail oriented and proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities;
- Initiative, confidence, and the drive to achieve results without explicit direction or detailed instruction;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
