**About Us**:
**Position**: French International Recruiter

**Location**: Remote

**Requirements**:

- Immediate availability to start.
- Minimum of one year's experience as a recruiter, preferably with a Sales background.

**Benefits**:

**Your Qualifications**:

- Fluency in French and English (C1 level or above).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a French International Recruiter at WE HIRE, you will:

- Craft engaging and informative job descriptions.
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
- Conduct interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to refine recruiting strategies.
- Liaise with new employees and facilitate onboarding sessions.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment methods.
