PMO - Project Management Officer (M/F)

We are hiring a **Project Management Officer (PMO)** to strengthen our project support structure. This role will be crucial for standardizing templates, ensuring timely project execution, and providing real-time visibility into project performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create standard models with macro deliverables and typical project milestones.
- Ensure all schedules are detailed at the task level, with clear owners and timelines.
- Set up dashboards with alerts for delays, deviations, and critical tasks.
- Implement review routines for critical tasks and operational risks.
- Reinforce weekly or bi-weekly planning meetings with each Project Manager.
- Prepare standardized reports (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) with overall status, physical vs. planned progress, deviations, and corrective actions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in developing dashboards and performance reports.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
